That's right - it is absolutely free to register with us. However, to get started and gain access to our job advertising services and access to our candidate database you will have to demonstrate that you can advertise at least 5 marine shore based vacancy adverts with ShiptalkJobsASHORE per month. This will grant you access to our No Match No Fee service.

We will agree with you a percentage split of the available placing commission (our finder's fee) that you will receive on the successful placement of a candidate. You will only be expected to pay us when we have added value to your search for candidates and you have filled your client's vacancy.
